At White’s Collision Service, our motto is “Making Your Accident as Hassle Free as Possible.” We take this mission seriously, which is why we are proud to introduce our brand new concierge service! Now, when you choose White’s, you never have to step foot in a shop or even leave your house!  All we need is your claim number, and we will handle everything else from there!

We handle it all!  We can even help you file the claim with your insurance company. Here’s how it works: You call, email us or fill out the form on the right. Then, one of our auto body professionals will come to your house, place of work, or other convenient location of your choosing. We will take the necessary photos of your vehicle and get the repairs approved with your insurance company. Then, we can arrange for a rental car, deliver it to you, and pick up your vehicle.  When the repairs are complete, we will deliver your car to you and return your rental. We handle claims with all insurance companies. Read below for more information about your specific insurance company:

Allstate Insurance Claims

If you have or need an appointment to take your vehicle in to the Allstate’s drive-in claims office, we will schedule to pick the vehicle up and take it to the appointment for the estimate. Depending on the damage on the vehicle, we will either return the vehicle back to you until we get the parts, or we will take the vehicle to our shop and start repairs immediately. Everything is done without you having to leave your home or office.

Geico Insurance Claims

If you have a Geico claim, we handle that in several different ways. If you have an appointment scheduled to go to the Geico claims drive-in estimating, we will pick up your vehicle and take it to your scheduled appointment for you. Geico has several auto body shops that write estimates for them, but there is no requirement for you to have your vehicle repaired there. Remember it’s your vehicle, your choice of auto body shop… it’s that simple. Oregon state law protects your right. If you have an appointment scheduled to have a Geico insurance adjuster look at the vehicle, we can call them and schedule for them to look at the vehicle at our facility, or meet them at a location of your choice. If you have no appointments made, all we need is the claim number. We will get our estimate approved with Geico, order your parts, and pick up your vehicle for repairs.

Safeco Insurance Claims

If you have a Safeco insurance claim, we will come to you to write the estimate. We are approved to write auto body damage estimates for Safeco Insurance, so we don’t need to wait for approvals. We will order parts and schedule your vehicle for repairs. Then, we will pick up your car, bring you a rental car, if your are getting one, and repair your vehicle. When we are finished, we will bring the vehicle back to you. You never need to step foot in the shop!

State Farm Insurance Claims

If you have a State Farm insurance claim, we will come to you to write the estimate. We are approved to write auto body damage estimates for State Farm Insurance, so we don’t need to wait for approvals. We will order parts and schedule your vehicle for repairs. Then, we will pick up your car, bring you a rental car, if your are getting one, and repair your vehicle. When we are finished, we will bring the vehicle back to you. You never need to step foot in the shop!

If you have a Liberty Mutual Insurance, we will come to you to write the estimate. Then, we will pick up your car, bring you a rental car, if your are getting one, and repair your vehicle. When we are finished, we will bring the vehicle back to you. You never need to step foot in the shop!

If you have a Mutual of Enumclaw Insurance claim, we will come to you to write the estimate. We are approved to write auto body damage estimates for Mutual of Enumclaw Insurance, so we don’t need to wait for approvals. We will order parts and schedule your vehicle for repairs. Then, we will pick up your car, bring you a rental car, if your are getting one, and repair your vehicle. When we are finished, we will bring the vehicle back to you. If you have a USAA claim, we will come to you to write the estimate. We will submit the estimate to USAA for approval. Once it is approved, we will order parts. Once we have the parts, we will schedule repairs. On the day of the repairs, we will pick up your vehicle, and if USAA pre-authorized a rental car, we will bring it to you. When we are finished, we will bring the vehicle back to you. You never need to step foot in the shop!

Farmers Insurance Claims

If you have a Farmer’s claim, we will come to you to write the estimate. We will submit the estimate to Farmers for approval. Once it is approved, we will order parts. Once we have the parts, we will schedule repairs. On the day of the repairs, we will pick up your vehicle, and if Farmers pre-authorized a rental car, we will bring it to you. When we are finished, we will bring the vehicle back to you. You never need to step foot in the shop!

Met Life Insurance Claims

If you have a Met Life claim, we will come to you to write the estimate. We will submit the estimate to Met Life for approval. Once it is approved, we will order parts. Once we have the parts, we will schedule repairs. On the day of the repairs, we will pick up your vehicle, and if Met Life pre-authorized a rental car, we will bring it to you. When we are finished, we will bring the vehicle back to you. You never need to step foot in the shop!

Esurance Insurance Claims

If you have a Esurance, we will come to you to write the estimate. We will submit the estimate to Esurance for approval. Once it is approved, we will order parts. Once we have the parts, we will schedule repairs. On the day of the repairs, we will pick up your vehicle, and if Esurance pre-authorized a rental car, we will bring it to you. When we are finished, we will bring the vehicle back to you. You never need to step foot in the shop!

The Hartford Insurance Claims

If you have a Hartford claim, we will come to you to write the estimate. We will submit the estimate to Hartford for approval. Once it is approved, we will order parts. Once we have the parts, we will schedule repairs. On the day of the repairs, we will pick up your vehicle, and if The Hartford pre-authorized a rental car, we will bring it to you. When we are finished, we will bring the vehicle back to you. You never need to step foot in the shop!

If you have a Grange claim, we will come to you to write the estimate. We will submit the estimate to Grange for approval. Once it is approved, we will order parts. When we are finished, we will bring the vehicle back to you. You never need to step foot in the shop!

Nationwide Insurance Claims

If you have a Nationwide insurance claim, we will come to you to write the estimate. In many cases, we will schedule an appointment with an adjuster to meet us at your vehicle. Once we have the parts, we will schedule repairs. On the day of the repairs, we will pick up your vehicle, and if Nationwide pre-authorized a rental car, we will bring it to you. When we are finished, we will bring the vehicle back to you. You never need to step foot in the shop!

Progressive Insurance Claims

If you have a Progressive claim, we will schedule a Progressive adjuster to meet us at our shop on the day we pick your vehicle. They will write an estimate, call you and review it. Then, we will order parts and begin repairs. When we are finished, we will bring the vehicle back to you. You never need to step foot in the shop!

AAA Insurance Claims

If you have a AAA insurance claim, we will come to you to write an estimate. In many cases, we will schedule an appointment with an adjuster to meet us at your vehicle. Once the repairs are approved, we will order parts. Once we have the parts, we will schedule repairs. On the day of the repairs, we will pick up your vehicle, and if AAA pre-authorized a rental car, we will bring it to you. When we are finished, we will bring the vehicle back to you. You never need to step foot in the shop!

American Family Insurance Claims

If you have a American Family insurance claim, we will come to you to write an estimate. In many cases, we will schedule an appointment with an adjuster to meet us at your vehicle. Once the repairs are approved, we will order parts. Once we have the parts, we will schedule repairs. On the day of the repairs, we will pick up your vehicle, and if American Family pre-authorized a rental car, we will bring it to you. When we are finished, we will bring the vehicle back to you. You never need to step foot in the shop!

On the day of the repairs, we will pick up your vehicle, and if AIG pre-authorized a rental car, we will bring it to you. When we are finished, we will bring the vehicle back to you. The General Insurance Claims

If you have a The General insurance claim, we will come to you to write an estimate. In many cases, we will schedule an appointment with an adjuster to meet us at your vehicle. Once the repairs are approved, we will order parts. Once we have the parts, we will schedule repairs. On the day of the repairs, we will pick up your vehicle, and if The General pre-authorized a rental car, we will bring it to you. When we are finished, we will bring the vehicle back to you. You never need to step foot in the shop!

Other

If you have any other insurance claim, we will get approval for the repairs from the insurance company. Then, we will get rental car approval from the insurance company, when applicable. After that, we will order the parts. Once we have the parts, we will schedule repairs. On the day of the repairs, we will pick up your vehicle, and if your insurance company authorized a rental car, we will bring it to you. When we are finished, we will bring the vehicle back to you. You never need to step foot in the shop!


*Oregon State Law Protects Your Rights

It’s your car, your choice of shop. It’s that simple.

ORS 746.280 Designation of particular motor vehicle repair shop by insurer prohibited

(1) An insurer may not require that a particular person make the repairs to the insured motor vehicle as a condition for recovery by the insured under a motor vehicle liability insurance policy.

(2) Prior to providing a recommendation that a particular person make repairs to the insureds motor vehicle, the person adjusting the claim on behalf of the insurer shall inform the insured of the rights conferred by subsection (1) of this section by communicating in a statement substantially similar to the following:

(2) If an insured elects to have the motor vehicle repaired at a motor vehicle repair shop other than a shop recommended by the insurer, the insurer may not limit the cost of repairs necessary to return the motor vehicle to a pre-loss condition relative to safety, function and appearance other than as stated in the policy or as otherwise allowed by law.

(4) If an insured accepts the insurers recommendation, the insurer shall provide, electronically or in printed form, a statement to the insured within three business days after the date of acceptance in substantially the following form:
